My career started in retail, where I discovered how much I enjoyed working with people and understanding customers. That eventually led me to marketing, and more than 25 years later, I still love helping businesses connect with the people they want to reach.

Writing is one of my favourite parts of what I do, from websites and blogs to social media and marketing content. I started Brightside Marketing to give small and medium businesses practical, experienced marketing support when they need it.
